Our Attorneys
At Law Done Right®, your case is handled personally by partners Joseph M. Schreiber and Erik A. Knockaert, best friends since law school, who built this firm on the principles of trust, creative strategy, and grit. Both are seasoned trial lawyers with deep experience representing individuals and small businesses against major oil, gas, and chemical companies, large corporations, and even government entities such as the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Department of Justice.
Joe and Erik have been through a lot together. After surviving a catastrophic injury that cost him both legs, Joe understands firsthand the pain, recovery, and life challenges his clients face, and can convey that to judges and juries. Erik has been by his side throughout. The two of them approach every matter as a team. One of them typically leads each case, but they both review, strategize, and often attend mediations and trials together.
