We run a lean, focused practice and don’t run up your bills with unnecessary work.

Absolutely. When you hire us, you work directly with Joe (Joseph M. Schreiber) and Erik A. Knockaert: not paralegals, case managers, or even junior attorneys. We handle every case personally from start to finish. You’ll have both of our cell numbers, and we’ll be the ones strategizing, writing, and standing beside you in mediation or court.

We only take cases where we believe we can make a meaningful difference. Joe and Erik personally review every potential case together. We look at the facts, the law, and the practical path forward. If we think we can help you achieve a positive result, we’ll explain our strategy and take the fight on. If not, we’ll tell you honestly, and, when possible, refer you to someone else.
